Ossanna Consulting Group is a Human Resources organization dedicated to supplementing and enhancing the efficiency, productivity and profitability of our clients by providing best in class HR talent at all levels and in all HR functional areas. We can work at our client’s location or virtually, adapting quickly to our client’s environment and corporate culture to build partnerships inside the organization and within the local community.
We consistently provide quality service by listening to our clients, as well as our consultants and candidates, while remaining flexible and focusing on mutual success. We select, hire and support the highest-caliber professionals, committed to a career in Human Resources to represent our clients.

Our 100% female-owned and certified company was founded in 1988 by Nikki Teik, a driven and innovative HR professional who recognized the need for customized Human Resources consulting services, where there was a void for such specialized services for HR practitioners.
Ossanna started in the 1980s at a time when there was a gap of business solutions providers, customized to the HR function. With her roots in diversity and technology, Nikki set out to establish the model of contract recruiting and HR project management provided onsite at initial clients such as Apple Computer, Motorola, Quaker Oats, Hewitt Associates and Walgreens. With this industry in its infancy, the model quickly replicated and expanded locally, nationally and globally and is still grounded in the simple core values of integrity, delivery, cost savings and adding value to each and every relationship we have.
Ossanna has grown to be one of the most recognized names and pioneers in the HR consulting business with the most extensive database of HR talent and endless list of satisfied clients worldwide.

Founder and President
With roots in Milwaukee Wisconsin, Nikki was educated at Cardinal Stritch College and the University of Wisconsin at Whitewater. Her degree is in Business and Human Resources Management. Building on her corporate HR experiences with Comdisco Inc. and a strong network within the diversity and technology communities, Nikki launched Ossanna on 08/08/1988.
Beginning as an onsite HR consultant for Apple Computer, until today, Nikki has shown up to service her clients and candidates with the same goals: to be productive, learn, grow, listen, laugh, be passionate, be real, have fun and ALWAYS do the right thing for every single person she comes in contact with.

With 15 plus years of experience at Ossanna, Mariaelena manages the day-to-day operations. Her duties include interacting with clients, candidates, consultants and internal staff, process onboarding documentation, handle the processing of all certifications, vendor management, contracts administration and overseeing all the administrative functions at Ossanna.

Julie is an accomplished and perceptive Talent Acquisition professional with experience in full cycle, high volume recruitment. She has been widely acknowledged for developing high-caliber workforces at all levels and excellent knowledge of the full HR cycle. She originally joined the Ossanna team in 2015 and she started her career in temporary staffing with JobGiraffe (formerly Paige Personnel) and through her tenure there she held many roles ranging from consultant to Branch Manager. Finding the right people for the right job at the right time is what Julie does best. Throughout her career she has built many long-term relationships with her clients which spread across multiple industries. Julie is a strong decision-maker who leads by example and inspires others to achieve and exceed goals and projections. Julie’s current role will continue to be in recruitment, but will also include marketing, back office support and employee relations.

Brenda Doberstein is the newest team member at Ossanna and has more than 30 years’ experience in Office Administration. She is an experienced professional with a demonstrated history of success across several industries. Brenda is skilled in many areas, including Accounts Payables/Receivables, Customer Service, Financial Accounting, and Payroll. Furthermore, she has the capacity to handle a high-volume workload within a deadline-driven environment. Brenda will be assisting the Office/Contracts Manager with day-to-day operations and will work closely with clients and customers involving personal and business transactions.

Having worked with the Ossanna Consulting organization for 16 years on various client onsite engagements: United Air, RSM, Aon and working independently on: McGraw hill, Sanofi, Heineken, Bank of America & PWC to name a few, Bernie knows unlike many, what are the inside corporate puzzles and how to solve the talent workforce in any industry.

With 16 years of experience in full-cycle, high-volume recruitment for various types of organizations, she has sourced, recruited, and filled thousands of difficult-to-fill positions with top talent in diverse industries including education, manufacturing, insurance, marketing/communications, quality assurance, sales/business development, information technology, clerical, customer service, health/medical, finance, engineering, human resource, food service, retail/hospitality at all organizational levels (from interns and entry level to Management and Executive C suite).
